About the Coach…

Ramesh has more than 3 decades of experience as an HR & operations leader. His high threshold of physical & mental endurance comes from Defence Ministry run boarding school days; as a student leader during extremism torn Panjab University days & as a Tea Estate Manger in strife torn Assam.
He is an avid reader and has penned down his exceptionally challenging experiences as an author in “3 Steps to Himalayas – A Practical Guide to Achieve Your Goals”. He also has written a web series screenplay.
His passion for theater & story telling took him to cinema & he has been a part of various films & web series as an actor.
